Welcome to the NHK is one of the most fascinating character studies in anime. Mainly about Tatsuhiro Satou, of course, but everyone around him are a group of people that think they have their life figured out when they really don't. I've never met someone who didn't love this show, and I don't say that lightly. If you can get into it, you are in for some of the best writing the medium has to offer.
